Welcome to Suncoast Harvest
We have a strong focus on sustainable farming, using natural methods wherever available to produce high quality, sweet-eating strawberries for markets across Australia and in select International markets.
We love our soil and nurture the earth with organic composts, rock minerals, seaweeds, worm juice and microbes. We use green manure crops in between crop cycles and replenish our soil minerals with natural inputs that enhance the biodiversity of our soil. We use local suppliers wherever possible and are currently exploring recycled packaging options for the future.
Our Product
We aim to grow a sweet-eating strawberry with good shelf-life and optimal nutrition in an environmentally sustainable system. We select varieties for their eating quality and shelf-life and help industry by participating in field trials of new varieties
Our greatest asset is our people. Without a large, dedicated and enthusiastic workforce, we just have plants in the ground. To turn them into juicy, sweet strawberries requires people and we take pride in offering a safe, happy workplace that complies with and exceeds employment legislation.
